Advertising rates are as follows, as voted at the December 2009 board meeting:
Advertising for "active members" is free. 
(An "active member" is defined as a paying member of BSGSDC that participates and works at a minimum of two events per calendar year.)
Advertising for members is $50 per year
Advertising for non-members is $100 per year
